 copied copied *دھنک کے رنگ دھنک کے سنگ* آپ اگر موٹر وے ایم ٹو پر اسلام آباد کی طرف سے لاھور آئیں تو ٹول پلازہ  پہ ایک درجن سے زیادہ بوتھ ہیں ، ہر بوتھ میں ایک محتاط اندازے کے مطابق ایک منٹ میں  چھ گاڑیاں گذرتی ہیں ،اور یہی ایک بوتھ  ایک گھنٹے میں 360 گاڑیوں کی گذر گاہ ھے ،، اسی طرح بارہ عدد بوتھ سے 4320 گاڑیاں ایک گھنٹے میں گذرتی ہیں ،اور چوبیس گھنٹوں میں 103680 گاڑیاں گذرتی ہیں ، اسلام آباد سے لاھور تک ایک کار کا ٹیکس 1000 ہزار روپے ہے اور اسی طرح بڑی گاڑیوں کا چار پانچ ہزار تک یہ ٹیکس چلا جاتا ھے ،، ھم اگر ایوریج ایک گاڑی کا ٹیکس صرف 1000 ہزار بھی لگائیں ، تو اس حساب سے 24 گھنٹوں میں یہ پلازہ کم از کم ساڑھے دس کروڑ روپے جنریٹ کرتا ھے ، اسی طرح ملک بھر کے موٹر ویز اور ہائی ویز پر ان ٹول پلازوں کی تعد گن لیں اور پھر ان کو کروڑوں سے ضرب دیں تو صرف ٹول ٹیکس کی مد میں روزانہ کے حساب سے اربوں روپے حکومت کے خزانے میں جمع ھو جاتے ہیں ۔ آپ جس گاڑی میں سفر کر رہے ہیں ، اس میں پٹرول کی مد میں کم از کم ایک لٹر پر پچاس روپے ٹیکس کاٹا جا رہا ھے ، آپ حساب کریں کہ روزانہ لاکھوں گ...
